OUR NON-RECOURSE LOAN FUNDING PROCEDURE:
1. The Legal Department shall carry our Financial, Corporate and Due diligence investigations on the Borrower’s company after the successful investigation and confirmation of the authenticity Borrower’s company/ identification by our legal department, our financial department shall send a copy of Letter of Intent (LOI) & Customer Information Profile (CIP) to Complete, Sign and Stamp.
2. Within Two (2) Banking Days after the finance department has received the Borrower’s sign and stamp Letter of Intent (LOI) & Customer Information Profile (CIP), the Lender will issue a signed DOA to the Borrower to Complete, stamp then send back the Countersigned DOA.
3. Within One (1) Banking Day after the Lender receives from the Borrower the countersigned DOA the Lender will send a copy of the Payment Invoice, While the Advance Payment Guarantee (APG) will be deposited with the Lender’s Bank which guarantees that any delay or default from the Lender or Lessor side, on the Borrower’s first demand to our Bank, any payment made in advance will be refunded along with 10% of the Total Face Value amount of the Loan as penalty fees.
The Borrower will make only 40% payment of the Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges to Lease the BG/SBLC to be used as the Collateral to Secure the Non-Recourse Cash Loan via Swift MT103 by direct wire transfer into the Provider’s Bank Coordinates.
4. Within Five (5) banking days after confirmation of receipt of payment for 40% of the Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges for the Non-Recourse Loan via Swift MT103
in Provider’s nominated bank account, the Lender will deliver Non-Recourse Loan (Cash Loan) via Swift MT103 to the Borrower’s Provided Bank Account.
5. Borrower sends out leasing fees 6% LTV per annul by Swift MT103 to the Lender’s nominated Bank account with the initially 60% balance of Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges by wire transfer within Five (5) Banking days upon delivery and confirmation of the Non-Recourse Loan via Swift MT103 in the Borrower’s nominated Bank account.
6. The 6% LTV will only be paid for 10 years and after which the Loan becomes non-Recourse, this simply means the borrower won’t repay the outstanding.
7. Any private contact, meeting or communication by the Borrower, Lender or Lessor or their representatives to the Bank without the awareness of all parties in this transaction shall be prohibited and DOA contract terminated.
8. Any unauthorized calls by any party or its representative lawyers to probes or communication in an improper way to bank(s) in this transaction shall be prohibited and DOA contract terminated.
NOTE: You are only to pay in advance 40% of the required processing fees in order to complete and successfully acquire the loan from our financial institution.
